We inspect and photograph every piece when it arrives.

We then ship your parcel by DHL, FedEx or USPS.

We ship worldwide.

The shipping cost and the transit time are quoted at checkout for your country. They depend on the parcel's billable weight and your shipping zone.

A handling fee, based on your order value, is listed as its own line at checkout.

For destinations where we hold an estimate, duties and taxes are included in your total. Nothing is due on arrival.

For other destinations, duties and taxes are paid to the carrier on delivery. Checkout shows a notice when this applies to your order.

When your parcel leaves New York, we email you the carrier name and the tracking number. You can also follow each step from your account.
